Samdan Baptist Church (SBC) was founded on July 31, 2010, in obedience to God's calling to share the Gospel with the unreached. What began with a small group of faithful believers soon blossomed into a growing community. In the early days, we held worship services in various temporary locations, echoing the spirit of the early apostolic church. Through prayer and perseverance, we were able to construct a simple church building on rented land in Gongabu, Kathmandu. Despite many challenges, the church has continued to grow—both spiritually and in number—remaining committed to fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. By God's grace, SBC has now expanded to three additional branches across Nepal: 📍 Baneshwor, Kathmandu 📍 Darjeeling Height, Bhaktapur 📍 Khaanidanda, Khotang “Go and make disciples of all nations…” – Matthew 28:19
